In 2012 the Edwin E. and Janet L. Bryant Foundation, Inc.
announced the expansion of their scholarship program. In addition to its
current program of offering scholarships to graduates or GED recipients of
Stoughton High School, Stoughton, Wisconsin, the program will be expanded
to include scholarships with similar recipient criteria in all Wisconsin communities where
Nelson Industries, Inc. had manufacturing plant locations.
Edwin E. Bryant, a benefactor of the Bryant Foundation, was
founder, chairman and CEO of Nelson Industries, Inc. until his death in
1972. Nelson Industries, Inc. continued to be a very successful company and
the Bryant Foundation board wishes to acknowledge the importance of all the
locations who helped in the company's success by offering scholarships in

The mission of the Bryant Foundation is to make a positive difference in the quality of life
in Stoughton, Dane County and Wisconsin.
